The Society of Professional Journalists Region 4 Spring Conference will be held at Cleveland State University on March 8-9, 2019.
The conference will bring together student and professional journalists for continuing education on key topics facing journalists today.
The conference has the theme "Make Room," which was conceived as a cooperative effort between the SPJ Cleveland Pro Chapter and the SPJ student chapter at Cleveland State.
The "Make Room" theme is a call for us to broaden our skills, our coverage concepts, and our knowledge of what our communities are as we try to promote a diversification of who we are, how we do our jobs, and how we think about the public we serve.
