In The Heat of a Story: How Journalists and PR pros Can Work Together
We've seen a number of major news stories break over the past year in Cincinnati. Some were lighthearted and fun, such as the All Star Game and its related festivities. Some were tragic, such as the Tensing/Dubose altercation in July.
In our January program - a joint event between PRSA and the Society of Professional Journalists - a knowledgeable panel of experts will discuss newsroom logistics when covering a breaking news event and shed light onto how journalists and PR professionals can work together to achieve their desired outcomes. Register now for this exciting program...attendance is limited to 30 people.
Panelists include:
Sharon Coolidge, City Hall Reporter, Cincinnati Enquirer
Alex Bongiorno, News Director, WCPO
Jackie Congedo, Public Relations Manager, Jewish Federation of Cincinnati
Pepper Peale, Public Relations Counselor, Vehr Communications
