Jacklyn M. McGlothlin ESQJacklyn is part of the firm’s Human Services Industry Group. Her practice is focused in the areas of human resources, labor, education, health care, and public sector law. Prior to joining Graydon as an Associate, Jacklyn was a summer associate for Graydon. She also clerked at the Children’s Law Center and completed an externship with the Honorable David Bunning in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
Jacklyn currently serves on the Board of Crayons to Computers. Previously, Jacklyn served on the Board of Girls on the Run in Nashville, Tennessee.
Jacklyn is a graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee where she earned a B.S. in Journalism and was the editor of the University newspaper. Prior to law school Jacklyn worked as a publicist for Thomas Nelson Publishers Children’s and Specialty book division in Nashville, working on books by authors like Jack Hanna, Tim McGraw, George Foreman, Max Lucado, and Margaret Wise Brown.
She earned her J.D. at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She received the Nora J. Lauerman Family Law Prize and worked as a Senior Article Editor for the Human Rights Quarterly.
Jacklyn was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania however moved to Atlanta, Georgia with her family in high school. She currently resides in the Mariemont area with her husband, Ben, and son Jackson.
